Recently Laura facilitated an innovation master class in Salt Lake City, Utah for women leaders in the outdoor recreation, education and adventure travel sector. Participants explored the key issues and opportunities they face, and then worked in groups to co-design solutions to the most compelling topics. They learned innovation techniques, created a practical list of things to create, improve or change, and fostered new collaborations for the future.
